At our school, we teach children that everyone’s work matters. This is called the Dignity of the Worker. Whether someone is a cleaner, builder, nurse or teacher, their job is important and deserves respect.

We help children understand that all workers should be treated kindly and fairly, with safe working conditions. No matter what job someone does, everyone deserves to be valued and respected.
